0DTESPX.com provides web-based tools for analyzing S&P 500 Index (SPX) zero-days-to-expiration (0 DTE) options, including:

• Live Data — real-time SPX price data, expected move, VIX, and out-of-the-money bid indicators streamed at various intervals.
• Historical Data — access to past trading session data with configurable intervals and a simulated (paper-trading) environment that replays real historical market data and lets you practice order placement, position management, and performance tracking.

Some features require a free registered account. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service is an informational and educational tool only. Nothing on 0DTESPX.com constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make any financial decision based solely on data or analysis provided by the Service. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

The Trading Simulator uses historical data for educational purposes. Simulated results do not represent actual trading, do not account for real-world factors such as slippage, liquidity, or execution delays, and are not indicative of future performance.

4. Accounts & Registration

Some features require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or remain inactive for an extended period.

5. Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. Visitors can access a limited view of recent market data; creating a free registered account unlocks the full feature set.

6. Data Accuracy & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and timely market data; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service. Real-time data may be delayed. Historical data may contain gaps or inaccuracies. Options pricing and Greeks are calculated values and may differ from those provided by exchanges or brokers.

The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its components.

Underlying market data may be sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms and licenses.
